Description
Here are the words to help, unfortunatly, I didnt have room to fit the intructions on the actual paper. So sorry!
Directions:
Draw a blank eye. No fill, no color!
Pick a base color. Then, create a layer underneath to apply the color. Do NOT color it with the base color on the lineart! Do it on another layer BELOW it! I used Pen Tool at size 20 to color it.
Now I apply shade. I take a darker version of the base and with a Pen Tool at size 9, I color the top ridge with it. Then I color a good-sized pupil (SAME COLOR) in the middle.
Now, I take the Blur Tool, preferably at size 9 or 16, and SOFTLY blur it in with the base color. This will only be at the bottom.
Now, I take an even darker color of my base, and highlight the pupil of the eye with it. I gently blur that too, as well. I keep doing so until I have a decent, and darker pupil. This could take a couple seconds, to a couple minutes. (BTW, you can slightly darken the rest of the eye too, but if your a beginner, I suggest you practice on just the pupil.)
Now for highlights! I take a lighter color than my base and I gently stroke it with Pen Tool/size 9 or 20 in the base color under the pupil. I lightly blur it in then I keep doing so until the bottom is visibly lighted. Again, this could take a few seconds or a couple minutes.
Now, I take a very light blue, or white, and draw slight and short diagnol-horizontal lines pointing towards the pupil. I blur them lightly, then do it again and blur them lightly. Then I added a white spot- a big one NW of the pupil and a small, SE. This will give it shine. I VERY slighty with blur tool on size 4 blur there outline. JUST A SMIDGEN!
Now your done! Any questions or comments? Please not me or comment below, thanks!

I really hope this is just an old and outdated tutorial, because it didn't do anything to raise the quality of the sewage I've been drawing.
